Supplementary terms of delivery:

  • Dispatch usually immediately - exception: prepayment (dispatch after receipt of payment)

  • The cash on delivery fee (cost-intensive) is € 4.50 plus € 2.50 fee (upon receipt of the goods in cash directly to the deliverer)

  • The goods remain the property of Canina pharma GmbH until full payment has been received

  • We assume no liability for printing errors. Errors excepted, technical changes and improvements are possible and reserved

  • Scope of application: The prices listed here apply exclusively to shipping within Germany

  • You are entitled to exercise an unrestricted right of return within 14 days of receipt of the goods, provided that the goods are in perfect and unopened condition

  • Additional DHL charges ("crisis surcharge") apply for some countries

  • NOTE on delivery times to Canada: DHL currently processes standard shipments via sea freight. This can result in delivery times of up to approx. 40-60 days
